Think of it like an apprenticeship or trade school for your weight loss habits. You MUST learn how to do things for yourself, rather than being reliant on a rigid or restrictive diet or repeated weight loss programs.
You'll need to do your part and put in the work, but the result of that investment will be not just a temporary weight loss, but rather a long-term EDUCATION, EMPOWERMENT and sense of CONTROL that you will own for the rest of your life!
This makes the traditional deprivation-based approach misaligned and impractical for you.
As a result, it is unlikely to be sustainable.
(and looking around, that approach isn't working right??)
