If you're putting in the work and you're not seeing results, of course you're going to get discouraged and want to quit. Why would you continue to invest the time, energy & money if it's not returning anything on that investment?

If you can't fit your workouts or food prep into your schedule or your meals & habits conflict with your family or social life, eventually that friction will cause you to determine that losing weight just isn't REALISTIC for you.
